APC 0G-PM50KD2 UPS Power Module Unit

Module Feature

0G-PM50KD2 is a high-frequency power conversion module for APC Galaxy VS UPS.

It integrates rectifier, inverter and control monitoring circuits in one compact unit. It features high power factor, low harmonic distortion and hot-swappable design. It is widely used for continuous power supply of servers, PLC and safety instrumented loads in data center, chemical and power plant facilities.

Working principle

AC input is converted to regulated DC bus voltage by internal rectifier circuit.

The inverter converts DC back to clean AC output synchronized with bypass source. Built-in protection circuits trigger shutdown automatically when overvoltage, overcurrent or over-temperature fault occurs.

Onboard components

IGBT power semiconductors, gate drive board, EMI filter, current and voltage sampling circuit, status LED array, bus and signal connectors.

LED indicators

Front LEDs indicate power ready, running status, fault alarm and communication link.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Built-in supervision detects bus overvoltage, output short circuit, high temperature and communication loss. Fault logs can be read through APC EcoStruxure Power software.

Programming software

APC EcoStruxure Power, used for UPS parameter setting, real-time monitoring and fault history query.
