FunctionPF6000 is the core torque-angle control unit for automated bolt assembly lines. It executes multi-step tightening strategies including TurboTight, monitors torque and angle curve in real time, judges OK/NOK fastening results. It adopts virtual station technology, each connected tool operates independently with separate tightening programs. It stores complete fastening records, supports parameter backup via IAM memory module, and realizes remote configuration through Web HMI interface. InstallationCut off power before installation. Mount the controller inside electrical cabinet by rack mounting. Connect AC power cable, tool motor cable and communication wiring. Configure tightening programs, torque limits and fieldbus parameters by ToolsTalk2 software. Complete tool calibration and test fastening before putting into production.
