Working principle

Fiber‑optic signal triggers high‑voltage SCR thyristors, continuously adjusting thyristor conduction angle to raise motor terminal voltage smoothly, so as to limit starting current and complete soft‑starting. After motor speed‑up, the internal bypass contactor closes to short‑circuit the SCR power arms, and the motor runs at full‑voltage. Soft‑stop function gradually reduces output voltage to realize smooth ramp‑down shutdown, avoiding water‑hammer effect for pump loadsAuCom.

Installation
