125800‑01 is internal‑termination dual‑channel keyphasor I/O sub‑board for Bently Nevada 3500/25 enhanced keyphasor module. It must be installed on rear side of 3500/25 front module and cannot operate alone.
It receives pulse signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups,converts analog pulse into digital keyphasor reference signal. It delivers phase timing source for shaft speed calculation,1X vibration amplitude and phase angle measurement for monitor modules and System 1 software.
One 3500/25 front card can mount two pieces of 125800‑01,to achieve max 4 keyphasor input channels. 126648‑01 is the external‑terminal variant for field wiring requirement. It supports TMR triple‑modular‑redundant system configuration and backward compatible with legacy 3500 keyphasor system.
Note: This is legacy 3500 series spare component,widely used for replacement of turbine and compressor TSI monitoring & protection systems.
