136188‑02 is a communication expansion sub‑module for Bently Nevada 3500/92 communication gateway. It can not work independently and must be inserted into the slot of 3500/92 main gateway board (136180‑01).

It provides Ethernet and RS485 physical interfaces,supports Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU protocols. It uploads real‑time measurement values,alarm status and event data of 3500 rack to external DCS or PLC control system. RS485 bus supports multi‑drop field wiring with strong anti‑interference capability for long‑distance transmission. It realizes standard industrial interconnection for TSI machinery protection system.

Compare with 136188‑01 which is Ethernet / RS232 version.
