Product Details

3500/60 is a six‑channel full‑height temperature monitor module for Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection rack. It accepts RTD and thermocouple sensor signals,channels can be configured for mixed‑type input through 3500 rack configuration software.

It measures absolute temperature and calculates differential temperature values. Users can set independent alert and danger alarm thresholds for each channel. Isolated I/O version provides 250 Vdc channel‑to‑channel isolation to resist external field interference. This module complies with API 670 machinery protection standard,mainly used for bearing bush temperature,motor stator temperature and key process temperature monitoring.

It does not provide recorder analog outputs. If recorder output function is required,please select 3500/61 module. For TMR triple‑modular‑redundant applications,three temperature monitor modules shall be installed adjacently for voting logic operation.

Note: This is legacy 3500 series spare component,widely used for replacement of turbine and compressor TSI monitoring & protection systems.
