Product Details

149992‑01 is the spare part number for Bently Nevada 3500/33 16‑channel relay output module for 3500 machinery monitoring rack. It provides 16 SPDT relay outputs,each channel supports independent AND / OR voting logic configuration via 3500 rack configuration software.

Relays are divided into four groups of four channels each. Each group can be set to normally energized or normally de‑energized mode. It converts rack monitor alert / danger / OK status into hard‑wired relay alarm signals for external interlock,alarm lamp and safety interlock circuit. It is installed in any slot on the right side of rack interface module inside 3500 chassis. Not applicable for TMR triple redundant systems,3500/34 TMR relay module shall be adopted for TMR projects.

Note:This is legacy 3500 series spare component,widely used for replacement of turbine and compressor monitoring protection systems.
