High precision eddy current proximity probe for 3300 XL online monitoring system. The internal coil emits high-frequency radio frequency signal, the amplitude of the reflected signal changes linearly with the clearance between the probe tip and the metal target. The signal is transmitted to the proximitor module and converted into standard voltage value, realizing continuous monitoring of rotor vibration, differential expansion and thrust bearing position. Built-in fault self-check function to identify open circuit, short circuit and signal attenuation.
