Product Details

3500/22M is TDI transient data interface gateway for Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection rack,every 3500 rack must be equipped with one TDI or RIM module and installed in slot‑1 next to power supply.

It undertakes rack configuration,status management and data gateway functions. Local USB‑B interface completes on‑site rack parameter configuration; rear‑panel copper‑wire Ethernet and MT‑RJ multimode fiber Ethernet realize data interaction with upper‑level System‑1 software. It collects steady‑state values of vibration,displacement,speed and other parameters; optional authorization license supports capturing high‑resolution transient waveform,spectrum and key‑phase dynamic data for equipment fault diagnosis.

Equipped with system OK relay contact for remote rack health status feedback,front‑panel physical button supports alarm reset. Note that TDI belongs to communication gateway unit and does not participate in machinery protection safety loop; protection function still runs normally even if TDI fails.

Note:This is legacy 3500 series spare component,widely used for replacement of turbine and compressor TSI monitoring systems.
