Product Details

3500/25 is a half‑height enhanced keyphasor module for Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection rack. It accepts pulse signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups and converts them into standardized digital Keyphasor timing pulses for other monitor modules inside the rack.

It provides precise shaft rotational speed and phase reference signals,enables 1X amplitude,phase,bode plot and other vector‑based vibration analysis. Each channel supports sensor fault diagnosis for abnormal signal amplitude. Multiple 3500/25 modules can be installed in one rack to support multi‑shaft equipment. It is backward compatible with legacy keyphasor module designs. For TMR triple‑modular‑redundant applications,please follow system configuration requirements for redundant keyphasor signal sourcing.

Note: This is legacy 3500 series spare component,widely used for replacement of turbine and compressor TSI monitoring & protection systems.
