Product Details

3500/42M is a four‑channel full‑height monitor module for Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection rack. It accepts signals from proximity probes,velocity and acceleration seismic transducers.

Channels are programmed in pairs via 3500 rack configuration software. Each group can be assigned different measurement functions. It supports multiple measurement parameters including radial vibration,thrust position,differential expansion,eccentricity,REBAM,velocity,acceleration and shaft absolute. Each channel provides independent 4‑20mA analog output for DCS or PLC system connection.

Users can configure alert and danger alarm thresholds for each active parameter. It executes machinery protection logic and drives system alarm. This module complies with API 670 machinery protection standard.

Note: This is legacy 3500 series spare component,widely used for replacement of turbine and compressor TSI monitoring & protection systems.
