Feature & Principle

It is a digital intelligent electro-pneumatic valve positioner for process control valves. It receives 4-20mA setpoint signal from DCS system and converts the signal into pneumatic output pressure to drive pneumatic actuator. It adopts non-contact position feedback sensor with low air consumption and high positioning repeatability. It supports HART communication for remote parameter setting, auto-calibration and valve diagnostic, including partial stroke test and friction monitoring. It complies with NAMUR mounting standard and can be fitted on both linear and rotary actuators. Explosion-proof version is available for hazardous process areas.
