SMAR FY301 Valve Positioner

Feature & Principle

It is SMAR FY301 digital intelligent electro-pneumatic valve positioner belonging to SMAR 301 instrument series. It receives 4-20mA control signal from DCS system and converts it to pneumatic output pressure to drive pneumatic actuator. It adopts piezo flapper pilot valve and non-contact Hall effect position sensor, featuring low air consumption and high positioning accuracy. It supports HART digital communication for remote configuration, auto calibration and valve diagnostic. Multiple flow characteristic curves can be set, compatible with linear and rotary control valves. Explosion-proof and intrinsically safe versions are available for hazardous areas.
