Module Feature

NXS00725A2H0SSS00000000C3 is a wall-mount AC drive of Danfoss Vacon NXS series. It supports V/F and vector control modes, equipped with multiple standard application macros for quick commissioning. It provides expandable I/O card slots for fieldbus and signal extension. Integrated EMC filter, comprehensive motor protection functions including overload, phase loss, earth fault and stall protection. Suitable for continuous heavy-load industrial applications. Widely stocked as spare for water treatment, HVAC, mining and packaging machine control cabinets.

Working principle

Three-phase AC input is rectified into DC bus voltage, then IGBT inverter module outputs adjustable frequency and voltage for induction motor driving. The main control board continuously samples output current, voltage and motor operating status. It adjusts PWM pulse sequence to stabilize motor speed and torque. Built-in thermal monitoring and fault protection logic trigger alarm or trip when abnormal conditions are detected. Regenerative energy can be handled with optional brake chopper and resistor.

Onboard components

Input rectifier unit, IGBT power module, main control PCB, voltage and current sampling circuit, cooling fan, front control keypad, EMC filter and metal chassis.

LED indicators

Front LEDs indicate power, run, fault and communication status.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Drive monitors heat sink temperature, DC bus voltage, output current and internal circuit health. All speed ramp, protection and I/O mapping parameters can be set via local keypad.

Installation

Cut off three-phase main power before replacement. Secure drive on mounting plate, connect power input, motor output cables and control wiring, configure motor nameplate parameters and application macro, test speed regulation and protection trip function after commissioning.
