Module Feature

396RVP32070825 belongs to Eaton RVP screw-in cartridge pressure reducing valve series. It is a direct acting cartridge type valve, designed to supply a constant preset reduced pressure to secondary hydraulic circuits regardless of inlet pressure fluctuation. Pressure can be adjusted via built-in adjustment screw. Compact cartridge construction for manifold mounting, saves installation space. The valve maintains stable outlet pressure to protect downstream hydraulic actuators and sensitive components. Working principle

Inlet hydraulic oil enters the valve. Internal spool senses outlet pressure. If outlet pressure exceeds set value, spool shifts to throttle inlet flow and limit pressure. When outlet pressure drops below setting, spool opens to replenish pressure, maintaining stable reduced pressure for secondary loop.
