Emerson Asco P152 Dust Sensor

Feature & Principle

It is an electrostatic induction dust sensor. When charged dust particles pass through the sensing probe, induced charge signals are generated. The electronic unit converts weak charge signals into standard 4-20mA analog output proportional to dust concentration. It can detect bag breakage and dust leakage of dust collectors. Intrinsically safe models are suitable for hazardous explosion zones, with self-check and fault diagnosis functions.
