Function

EC8200A01-E6 is high-density 2U data center leaf switch. It provides 80 10G SFP+ downlink ports to connect servers and storage, four 40G QSFP+ uplink ports for high-speed fabric interconnection to spine layer. Powered by VOSS operating system, it supports EVPN-VXLAN overlay network for virtualized data center. MLAG technology enables multi-chassis link aggregation to eliminate single point of link failure. Redundant fans and optional dual AC power enhance reliability for 24/7 data center operation. Widely used for enterprise virtualization data center, cloud server room and high-performance computing access layer.

InstallationMount unit into standard 19-inch equipment rack. Install AC power supply and connect mains power cord. Insert SFP+/QSFP+ transceivers or DAC/AOC cables. Access console port for initial VOSS configuration, set VLAN, MLAG, EVPN-VXLAN and QoS policy. Verify port negotiation and fabric peering status after power-up.
