FunctionX460-24p is high-performance stackable multi-layer gigabit PoE switch. It delivers PoE+ power to powered network endpoints. It supports static & dynamic routing,VLAN segmentation,STP/RSTP/MSTP,LACP link aggregation,access control lists,QoS,IGMP snooping,port mirroring,802.1X authentication and RADIUS/TACACS+ security. Four combo ports can choose copper or fiber. It monitors port link state,PoE power consumption,system temperature,power and fan health, and sends hardware fault alarms. Used for enterprise edge access and small aggregation layer networking.

InstallationMount the switch on standard 19-inch 1U rack. Install hot-swappable PSU and fan tray. Connect AC power. Install SFP transceivers and fiber cables if fiber uplink required. Connect Cat5e/Cat6 cables to PoE RJ45 ports. Connect console port for ExtremeXOS configuration. Verify boot,port link and PoE function before commissioning.
