FunctionPXMS-15 is pressure transmitter manufactured by Fireye for burner control systems. It detects medium pressure via 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm, converts pressure value into standard 4-20mA analog signal and transmits to Nexus burner controller. Built-in temperature compensation minimizes measurement deviation under fluctuating ambient temperature. It provides real-time pressure feedback for fuel-air ratio adjustment and boiler low-pressure interlock protection. Widely deployed for industrial boiler pressure monitoring and spare replacement.

InstallationFollow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Mount PXMS-15 on pressure tapping port with 1/2"NPT thread. Keep suitable installation orientation to prevent condensate accumulation on sensing diaphragm. Run shielded two-wire cable to connect transmitter and NX series controller terminals strictly follow Fireye wiring manual. Perform zero calibration and pressure signal test after commissioning.
