Function

YZ300 is interlock annunciator module manufactured by Fireye. It expands interlock signal monitoring capability for BurnerLogix burner controller. It monitors up to 20 external safety interlock switches such as pressure, temperature, water level and airflow switches. When safety trip occurs, the module captures and locks the first triggered interlock point for fast troubleshooting. It transmits fault information to BurnerLogix chassis and display unit. It also monitors dual fuel status to prevent simultaneous dual fuel firing risk. Custom alarm text can be edited via YZ300P software. Widely deployed for industrial boiler and furnace burner safety interlock alarm and spare replacement.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Mount YZ300 on control cabinet panel with matching wiring base 60-2874-1. Wire all external interlock limit switches to module terminal block. Connect ED580 communication cable between YZ300 and BurnerLogix chassis. Power on, configure alarm text messages via YZ300P software and BLV512/BLL510 display, test each interlock channel to verify first-out annunciation function.
