Function

ZB110IR2 is BurnerLogix Z integrated burner control chassis manufactured by Fireye. It integrates burner sequence control and high-sensitivity IR auto-check flame amplifier. The IR auto-check circuit continuously verifies infrared flame scanner health status during operation. It detects infrared flicker signal from burning flame. The controller executes complete burner operating cycle. If flame loss or scanner failure is detected, it triggers safety lockout and cuts fuel supply immediately to avoid unburned fuel accumulation and explosion risk. This special high-sensitivity IR version is designed for challenging flame signal conditions. It also supports boiler modulation and thermal shock protection function. Widely deployed for industrial boiler and furnace burner combustion safety control and spare replacement.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Mount ZB110IR2 on DIN rail in control cabinet. Install YP programmer module and optional display. Wire 120VAC power,external safety interlock switches,ignition transformer and fuel valve relays. Connect IR flame scanner wiring strictly following Fireye wiring schematic. Complete cold test and burner firing commissioning,verify stable IR flame signal and safety interlock action.
