Module Feature

36A167607CLG02 is a GE industrial control printed circuit board. This board is designed for GE power drive systems, responsible for signal sampling, logic calculation and drive signal output. Working principle

The board collects voltage and current feedback signals from power loop, converts analog signals into digital signals through onboard AD chip. The main processor executes control algorithm and outputs driving pulse signals to power semiconductor devices. It also completes fault detection and protection signal transmission, once abnormal state is detected, it will quickly lock output to protect the whole power unit.

Installation

Follow strict ESD protection procedure before handling. Cut off the whole equipment power supply before replacement. Fix PCB on the designated position of drive cabinet, insert each connector in place. Check all wiring and connector contacts, download and verify parameters before power-on commissioning.
