Module Feature

AC410ED4G is a GE industrial isolated power supply module. It converts alternating current input into regulated DC power to supply power for GE PLC, signal boards and communication modules inside control cabinet. It adopts isolation transformer and overcurrent, overvoltage protection circuit. Industrial grade components ensure stable operation under vibration and electromagnetic interference environment. Compact plug-in structure, easy to install and replace. Widely used in factory automation, power distribution and heavy industry GE control systems.

Working principle

AC input voltage passes through filter circuit and isolation transformer, then rectified and converted to stable DC voltage. Internal monitoring circuit continuously detects output voltage and current. Once overvoltage, overcurrent or overheating fault occurs, the module will shut down output automatically to protect downstream GE control boards.

Onboard components

Isolation transformer, rectifier bridge, filter capacitor, PWM control chip, output regulation circuit, protection relay, status LED group, terminal block.

LED indicators

Power LED, run LED, fault alarm LED.

Hardware self-diagnosis

Installation

Follow ESD protection procedure before operation. Cut off power supply before installation. Fix module on DIN rail or rack slot. Wire AC input and DC output cables to corresponding terminals. Check wiring and insulation, power on and test output voltage.

Diagnostic

No DC output: AC input missing or internal fuse blown. Output voltage unstable: input voltage fluctuation or component aging. Fault LED on: short circuit or overheat protection triggered.
