Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Fully cut off PLC rack power. Insert IC697BEM711N into slot 1 of expansion rack and lock retainer. Connect upstream bus cable from main rack and downstream daisy-chain cable. Install terminator plug on final rack. Configure hardware in programming software, power on and verify rack online status.
