IC697CPX928‑FE is the high‑end high‑speed CPU processor for GE Fanuc Series 90‑70 PLC platform, adopting 96MHz Intel 80486DX4 32‑bit processor, designed for large‑scale complex industrial automation control projects.
This CPU is equipped with 6MB lithium‑battery‑backed RAM and 256KB non‑volatile flash memory. User logic programs, register data and system hardware configurations can be reliably preserved after power‑off. The replaceable lithium battery IC697ACC701 keeps RAM data for up to six months without rack power supply.
It delivers fast logic execution performance, typical scan speed reaches 0.4 microseconds per boolean function. It supports up to 12 thousand mixed discrete I/O points and 8 thousand analog channels, and fully supports 32‑bit floating‑point calculation for complex process algorithm operations.
Three serial ports are integrated on the module.
