Product Details

IC698CPE040 is the top‑grade high‑performance CPU processor for GE PACSystems RX7i VME64 automation platform, equipped with 1.8GHz industrial‑grade Pentium‑M processor for heavy‑duty complex real‑time industrial control tasks.

This CPU module is configured with 64MB battery‑backed RAM and 64MB non‑volatile flash memory. User programs, system configurations, register data and symbolic variables can be reliably stored. Program and data memory partition can be flexibly adjusted according to actual project requirements.

Dual independent 10/100Mbps Ethernet ports support Modbus TCP, EGD and SRTP protocols, connecting HMI, SCADA and field control nodes. RS232 and RS485 serial interfaces support Modbus RTU and SNP protocols for serial‑device access. Built‑in web server and FTP function support up to 16 concurrent connections for remote monitoring, diagnosis and firmware upgrade.

It supports multiple IEC standard programming languages, up to 512 program blocks, and is fully compatible with Series 90‑70 I/O modules and most third‑party VME64 modules. Test‑edit mode supports online program modification without stopping the running process, which brings great convenience for site debugging and maintenance.

Complete power‑on self‑diagnosis function is built‑in. Front‑panel multi‑color LED indicators display running status, fault alarm and communication link condition. This high‑speed CPU is widely applied in power, petrochemical and heavy‑industry sites for complex control projects, used for upgrading and spare‑part replacement of old RX7i PAC automation systems.
