Product Details
IC698PSA100 is the dedicated rack‑mount power supply module for GE PACSystems RX7i VME64 automation platform, which must be installed in slot 0 of the main chassis to supply stable multi‑rail DC power for all backplane modules.
This power module supports wide‑range AC and DC dual‑mode input, adapting to complex industrial field power supply conditions. It provides +5.1VDC, +12VDC and‑12VDC output for CPU, communication boards, I/O modules and other VME64 devices inside the rack. Built‑in power factor correction circuit improves power utilization efficiency.
Complete multi‑level protection circuits are integrated inside the unit. Over‑voltage, over‑current, short‑circuit and over‑temperature protection effectively protect the whole rack system from power abnormalities. It also provides AC‑FAIL warning signal, which informs the CPU of imminent power failure in advance for safe data saving.
It adopts convection cooling design, and can run stably at full 100W output within 0‑60℃ without fan tray. Front‑panel logic on‑off switch and LED indicators clearly show power‑on status, normal running and fault alarm information for quick on‑site diagnosis.
Slide‑in plug‑in structure makes installation and replacement convenient. It can work in single power mode or redundant power configuration. Widely deployed in power, petrochemical and heavy‑industry sites for maintenance and spare‑part replacement of old RX7i PAC control racks.
