Dual Ethernet links communicate with Mark VIe main controller. Conformal coating protects circuit board against dust, moisture and corrosive gas in power plant cabinet. Onboard LEDs show power, network link and fault status for on-site maintenance.

InstallationFollow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Fully cut off rack power. Insert IS220PTURH1B into Mark VIe chassis slot and lock retainer. Wire 28VDC power and turbine field sensors, emergency stop and trip relay wiring. Configure turbine protection parameters in ToolboxST software. Power on and verify network communication and trip logic test.
