Module Feature

51401996-100 is the EAMR enhanced application module redundancy card for Honeywell TDC3000 DCS system.

It is used together with primary and standby AM application modules, completes high-speed real-time data mirroring and state synchronization. It supports hot swap and instantaneous standby takeover, widely used in chemical, oil & gas and power plant high availability process control cabinet.

Working principle

The card continuously synchronizes memory and control data between active and backup AM modules.

When the primary module fails, it triggers fast switching to standby module without interrupting control logic. It monitors the health status of both channels and reports fault information to the DCS host.

Onboard components

Redundancy processing chip, high-speed data buffer, dedicated interconnection interface, backplane bus connector, status LED array.

LED indicators

Onboard LEDs show power supply, module run state, synchronization status and redundancy fault alarm.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Power-on self-test and continuous monitoring detect synchronization loss, channel mismatch, communication failure and hardware anomaly, fault information is uploaded to DCS station.

Programming software

Honeywell TDC3000 Configuration Tool, used for AM redundancy setting and fault event review.

Installation
