Feature & Principle

It is Honeywell Purple Peeper C7012 ultraviolet flame detector. The UV tube captures ultraviolet radiation generated during fuel combustion and converts it into electrical signal, then transmits the signal to flame safeguard amplifier for flame status judgment. Self-checking shutter design is available for automatic sensor health verification. Explosion-proof housing variant is suitable for hazardous areas. Fast response helps cut fuel supply once flame loss is detected, widely used for boiler and industrial burner safety monitoring.
