Module Feature

DR45AT-1100-00-001-0-0M00000 belongs to Honeywell DR4500 Truline recorder series. It is a microprocessor-based 12-inch circular thermal chart recorder. It adopts thermal stylus marking on thermal chart paper, supports thermocouple, RTD and 4-20mA analog input signals. It is equipped with local digital display and membrane operation keypad. Panel cutout mounting structure, sealed transparent viewing window, meets traceability requirements for regulated production processes. Widely used in food sterilization, pharmaceutical, heat treatment and boiler monitoring applications.

Working principle

Field process signals enter the signal conditioning circuit. The internal processor converts raw signals into engineering values and drives the thermal stylus to draw continuous trend traces on the rotating circular chart. It compares real-time readings with configured setpoints for alarm judgment. Recorded data can be reviewed locally on the display.

Installation

Cut off all power before operation. Install Honeywell DR45AT recorder into matched panel opening and fasten brackets. Wire process signal and power terminals. Load thermal circular chart paper, configure signal range and alarm parameters before commissioning.

Diagnostic

No trace printed: thermal print head failure or chart paper installed incorrectly. Fluctuating reading: loose wiring or field sensor drift. Chart stops rotating: drive motor fault.
