Feature & Principle

It is Honeywell TV7 series intelligent pneumatic valve positioner. It receives 4-20mA control signal from DCS system, compares the target valve opening with the actual valve position feedback signal, adjusts the output air pressure to the actuator, realizes closed-loop precise positioning of control valve. It supports HART protocol for remote parameter setting, self-diagnosis and valve characteristic configuration, with anti-vibration design, stable performance under complex process conditions.
