Module Feature

99193-SOCN-3876225-2 is ITT Aerospace Neo-Dyn series hermetically sealed pressure switch for aviation and defense fluid system.

It adopts diaphragm or piston sensing structure, wetted material is corrosion resistant stainless steel. SPDT gold-plated contact for low-current dry signal switching, set point can be calibrated at factory. Hermetic sealed housing prevents fluid leakage and moisture ingress. It outputs discrete switch signal when fluid pressure reaches trip threshold, widely used as spare for aircraft engine lubrication oil, fuel and hydraulic pipeline pressure protection.

Working principle

Process fluid pressure acts on internal sensing diaphragm or piston.

When pressure rises or drops to preset trip point, mechanical force overcomes spring preload to trigger SPDT contact switching. The contact state changes and sends digital alarm or interlock signal to aircraft control unit. Hysteresis is fixed during calibration to avoid chattering caused by minor pressure fluctuation.

Installation
