Module Feature

E94ASHE0864 belongs to Lenze 9400 HighLine single drive series.

It is a high-performance servo inverter for synchronous and asynchronous servo motors. It supports integrated motion functions and multiple fieldbus expansion options. This obsolete model is widely used for printing, packaging and textile machinery motion control spare replacement.

Working principle

Three-phase AC power is converted to PWM output by internal IGBT power stage.

It receives motion setpoints via fieldbus, and realizes closed-loop torque, speed and position control with encoder feedback. It provides full protection of overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature and tracking error.

Onboard components

Rectifier bridge, IGBT inverter unit, DC bus capacitors, current sampling circuit, control mainboard, cooling fan, power and signal terminal block.

LED indicators

Front LEDs indicate power, run status, fault alarm and communication link.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Power-on self-test and continuous monitoring detect bus deviation, overtemperature, encoder loss and communication failure, fault codes can be read via engineering software.

Programming software

Lenze L-force Engineer, used for servo configuration, motor tuning and fault backup.

Installation

Install in ventilated cabinet, separate power cable and control cable routing.

Complete motor parameter setting and auto-tune after wiring. Install external brake resistor for frequent deceleration load. Clean fan and radiator dust periodically.
