Module Feature

QIAcube 230V is the 220–240V version of QIAGEN automated nucleic acid purification workstation.

It integrates centrifuge, pipetting robot, heating and magnetic modules, compatible with QIAGEN spin column kits. It runs preset protocols for DNA, RNA and protein purification, handles up to 12 samples in one batch. It is widely deployed in biological, forensic and clinical research laboratories.

Working principle

The instrument automatically completes lysis, binding, washing and elution steps according to selected protocol.

The robotic pipetting system transfers reagents, and built-in centrifuge separates sample components. Purified nucleic acid samples are collected for downstream PCR or sequencing analysis.

Onboard components

Robotic pipetting assembly, swing-out centrifuge, thermal control module, touchscreen HMI, internal controller, power supply unit.

LED indicators

Front LEDs display power status, running state, error warning and process completion.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Built-in self-check detects pipette failure, centrifuge anomaly, reagent shortage and communication fault, error messages show on touch panel.

Installation

Place instrument on stable, vibration-free laboratory bench.

Connect 230V power supply, install consumable rotors and pipette tips, select and run purification protocol after calibration.
