Products Description
Maxon 125/20/40/80-121 Gas Burner Unit

Module Feature
125/20/40/80-121 is Maxon multi‑orifice straight flame gas burner. The model code represents different capacity grading, supporting wide turndown operation. It mixes fuel gas and combustion air inside the burner head to form stable, controllable flame.
The burner head is heat resistant alloy construction, anti‑backfire design. It can work with separate air/gas ratio control system. Widely used on industrial furnaces, drying ovens, thermal oxidation and heat treatment equipment.
Working principle
Combustion air and natural gas are delivered separately to the burner mixing zone. Gas jets through multiple small orifices and blends with air to form uniform fuel‑air mixture.
Ignition spark lights the mixture, forming stable straight flame. The air/gas ratio is adjusted by upstream control valves to change heat output and maintain safe combustion condition. Flame detector monitors flame presence for safety interlock.
Onboard components
Heat resistant alloy burner head, gas distribution manifold, multi‑orifice tip, air inlet flange, ignition port, flame sighting port, mounting flange.
LED indicators
No built‑in indicator lamp, flame status is displayed on matched flame amplifier cabinet.
Hardware self‑diagnosis
Pure mechanical burner; electronic diagnosis depends on external flame scanner and safety shutoff valve system.
Programming software
Not applicable.
