Module Feature

S-269630-AM is an industrial printed circuit board assembly for process automation equipment.

It provides signal isolation, analog/digital signal conditioning and bus data transmission functions for field sensors and actuators. It adopts backplane hot-swap design, widely used for old DCS and PLC cabinet spare replacement in chemical and power plant.

Working principle

Field discrete and analog signals are filtered and isolated by onboard circuit.

Process data is transmitted to main controller through backplane bus. Isolation components reduce electromagnetic interference from heavy-duty industrial field equipment.

Installation

Cut off cabinet power before replacement, insert the board into matched slot and lock fasteners.

Wire field signal cables according to schematic, verify bus communication and signal sampling function after power on.
