Sanyo Denki A8PU05ABFW0A belongs to SANMOTION PU series compact digital AC servo amplifier. AC200V single/three phase input, rated capacity 500W. Adopts current and speed dual closed-loop control algorithm, fast response and low speed fluctuation. Supports position, speed, torque three control modes, accepts pulse train and analog command signals. Built-in multi-protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, overload, encoder fault and emergency stop protection. Working principle: The upper controller sends motion instructions to this servo amplifier. The drive converts AC200V input power into three-phase variable frequency AC power to drive matched SANMOTION PU series servo motors. Encoder feeds back real-time rotor speed and position signal to amplifier, high speed closed-loop operation adjusts output current to realize accurate torque, speed and position control. Once fault occurs, the amplifier will immediately cut off power output and trigger alarm signal.
