Module Feature

RGA36120CU63AE1LVJK is Schneider Electric Square D PowerPact R frame molded case circuit breaker. It adopts I-Line bus plug connection structure, rated current 1200A, three-pole design.

Equipped with Micrologic 5.0P electronic trip unit, it supports long-time overload, short-time short circuit, instantaneous short circuit and earth fault protection. Built-in Modbus communication function, can upload current, energy and alarm data to upper monitoring system. It has thermal memory and adjustable protection curve. Widely used in commercial building, data center and industrial low-voltage distribution system.

Working principle

Current transformers collect three-phase current signals and send to Micrologic trip unit.

The trip unit compares measured current with preset protection threshold. When overload, short circuit or earth fault occurs, the trip unit outputs release signal to open main contacts rapidly and cut off fault circuit. Communication module transmits real-time electrical parameters and fault records to power management host.

Onboard components

Main contact group, arc extinguishing chamber, CT set, Micrologic 5.0P trip unit, I-Line connecting base, manual operating handle, secondary terminal block, communication circuit board.

LED indicators

Front LEDs indicate power supply, breaker closed, fault trip and communication status.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Self-check covers trip unit power loss, CT open circuit, temperature overrun and communication timeout. Fault information can be read through local display or Modbus register.

Programming software

EcoStruxure Power software for protection curve setting, energy data recording and fault log export.

Installation

Lock the breaker on I-Line busway base, confirm primary contact engagement. Connect secondary control and communication wiring.

Set protection parameters and Modbus address in software. Test closing, opening and trip function before power-on. Regularly inspect contact temperature and arc chamber condition.

Diagnostic

Cannot close: Under voltage release abnormal, interlock locked.
