3503E is high‑density TMR triple‑modular‑redundant digital input module for Triconex Tricon safety instrumented system. It collects 32‑point field discrete switch signals,adopts 2oo3 hardware voting mechanism,each signal processed by three independent circuit paths,single‑channel fault will not cause system mis‑operation or signal loss.

Supports dry‑contact and 24V AC/DC wet‑contact input,group isolation design,built‑in stuck‑on dangerous fault detection and continuous background self‑diagnosis function. Hot‑swap design allows module replacement without SIS system shutdown. Front‑panel LED displays PASS,FAULT,ACTIVE and test status.

Mainly used for collecting field interlock switch,fire‑gas sensor,valve feedback and other discrete signals for safety‑critical loop. Widely deployed in petrochemical,oil‑gas,thermal‑power SIS safety interlock racks.
