3604E is high‑density TMR triple‑modular‑redundant digital output module for Triconex Tricon safety instrumented system. It provides 16‑point independent non‑commoned 24VDC field driving capacity,adopts 2oo3 hardware voting mechanism,each output controlled by three independent circuit paths,single‑path fault will not trigger unsafe output state.
Each channel supports 2A continuous driving current and 10A short‑time surge current,suitable for directly driving solenoid valves without intermediate relay. Built‑in loop read‑back diagnosis function,can detect open‑circuit,short‑circuit and fuse fault of field loop. Thermal fold‑back protection reduces output current automatically under over‑temperature condition. Hot‑swap design allows module replacement without SIS system shutdown. Front‑panel LED displays PASS,FAULT and channel status,needs to cooperate with external termination panel for field wiring.
Mainly used for safety‑critical loop output of ESD,BMS,F&G systems to control safety valves,interlock relays and on‑site alarm units. Widely deployed in petrochemical,oil‑gas,thermal‑power SIS safety interlock racks.
