3721 is high‑density TMR triple‑modular‑redundant analog input module for Triconex Tricon safety instrumented system. It acquires 32‑point differential analog field signals,adopts 2oo3 hardware voting mechanism,each signal processed by three independent circuit paths,single‑path fault will not affect safety signal acquisition.

Supports voltage signal 0‑5V /‑5~+5VDC,can receive 0‑20mA current signal by adding external 250Ω shunt resistor. Resolution can be switched between 12‑bit and 14‑bit,10ms fast update rate meets high‑speed process variable collection requirement. 800VDC field‑system isolation improves anti‑interference performance.

Hot‑swap design allows module replacement without SIS system shutdown. Front‑panel multi‑LED indicates module running,fault and field channel status. Widely deployed in petrochemical,oil‑gas,thermal‑power SIS safety interlock racks for pressure,temperature,flow safety‑related analog signal acquisition.
