Module Feature

VIMEX-001223 is a general-purpose signal I/O module manufactured by VIMEX, designed for factory automation signal conditioning and switching control. It accepts discrete sensor inputs and provides relay or transistor outputs for actuator interlock. Standard supply voltage is 24V DC, with surge and reverse polarity protection built in. Terminal block wiring design for easy integration with PLC, sensors and solenoid valves. Compact DIN rail mounting form factor saves cabinet space. It includes overcurrent, short-circuit and internal temperature protection. Widely used for conveyor, packaging machine and general process auxiliary signal handling.

Working principle

Input terminals receive on/off or analog signals from field sensors. Internal signal conditioning circuit filters and isolates raw signals. The onboard logic circuit drives output relays or MOSFETs to switch load circuits. Status signals can be fed back to host control system for alarm and interlock logic.
