Yuken DSH-532-30-300 Hydraulic Directional Valve Unit

Module Feature

DSH-532-30-300 belongs to Yuken DSH series pilot operated electro-hydraulic directional valve.

It adopts two-stage structure including small pilot solenoid valve and main spool valve. It supports internal or external pilot oil supply and internal or external drain oil configuration. It has built-in damping adjustment for smooth switching and hydraulic shock suppression. It can be matched with pressure valve, flow valve stack installation, suitable for heavy-duty continuous cycle operation of metallurgical, plastic, mining and engineering hydraulic equipment.

Working principle

When the pilot solenoid valve gets power, it outputs control pressure oil to one side of main spool cavity.

The pressure difference pushes the main spool to shift and switches the oil inlet and outlet channel of the main oil circuit. When the pilot coil loses power, the return spring resets the main spool and restores the neutral position oil circuit. It realizes forward, reverse and stop control of hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor.

Onboard components

Pilot solenoid valve assembly, main valve body, spool and return spring group, damping throttle, oil passage manifold, end cover, sealing kits, mounting bolt set.

LED indicators

Pilot coil LED indicates energized running status.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

No independent electronic self-diagnosis function. Fault inspection relies on pressure gauge and stroke feedback signal, detecting no switching action, internal leakage and slow response.

Installation

Clean the oil pipeline thoroughly before installation to avoid debris jamming the spool.

Install on matched subplate, connect main hydraulic pipeline and pilot coil wiring, adjust damping to reduce impact before commissioning.

Main P/T/A/B hydraulic oil ports, pilot oil port, drain port, solenoid coil wiring terminal.

Diagnostic

No spool switching: Pilot pressure insufficient, coil power loss or spool stuck by dirt. Internal leakage: Spool and sleeve wear, seal ring aging. Actuator impact: Damping throttle setting too small or pilot oil pressure unstable.
