Module Feature

20AD040C3AYNANC0 belongs to PowerFlex70 high-performance AC drive manufactured by Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation). Rated output current 40A,30HP normal duty /25HP heavy duty,380-480V three phase input. It supports V/Hz, sensorless vector and FORCE vector control,available with encoder feedback option for high precision speed/torque regulation. Working principle

Three-phase AC mains power is rectified to DC bus. IGBT power stage outputs adjustable voltage and frequency PWM waveform to control induction motor speed and torque. FORCE vector algorithm delivers high starting torque and accurate speed regulation. Built-in braking IGBT consumes regenerative energy from motor deceleration. The drive continuously monitors current,bus voltage and internal temperature for protection.

Installation
