Module Feature

20AE027A0AYNNNC0 belongs to PowerFlex70 high-performance AC drive manufactured by Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation). Rated output current 27A,20HP normal duty /15HP heavy duty,200~240V three phase input. It supports V/Hz, sensorless vector and FORCE vector control,optional encoder feedback for high precision speed and torque regulation. Integrated brake IGBT,standard IP20 panel mount housing,blank front plate without HIM keypad. Equipped with EMC filter and expansion slot for DPI communication adapters. Widely used in extruders,conveyors,packaging machinery and general factory automation equipment.

Working principle

Three-phase 200-240VAC mains power is rectified to DC bus. IGBT power stage outputs adjustable voltage and frequency PWM waveform to control induction motor speed and torque. FORCE vector algorithm provides high starting torque and stable speed regulation across wide operating range. Built-in braking IGBT absorbs regenerative energy during motor deceleration,external brake resistor is required. The drive continuously monitors bus voltage,output current and internal temperature for protection.

Installation
