1336‑151132 is dynamic braking interface PCB board for Allen‑Bradley 1336 series ac drive. It is dedicated to the dynamic braking loop of the frequency converter. When the motor is in deceleration or regenerative working condition, DC‑bus voltage will rise due to regenerative energy. This board detects bus voltage threshold and outputs drive signal to turn‑on braking IGBT, the regenerative energy is consumed through external braking resistors.
It continuously monitors the operating status of braking resistors and braking power devices. Once detecting braking resistor open‑circuit, braking tube short‑circuit or abnormal bus voltage, it sends fault signal to main control board and triggers corresponding protection action to prevent bus over‑voltage trip or component burnout.
With industrial surge suppression and signal filtering circuit, it can restrain voltage spike interference generated during braking action. Matches original installation dimension and connector definition,supports direct replacement without extra modification. Solves typical faults including frequent DC‑bus over‑voltage alarm during deceleration, braking function invalid, braking related fault code reporting. ESD protection must be performed during disassembly and installation.
