1336‑151133 is dynamic braking power detect PCB board for Allen‑Bradley 1336 series ac drive,works in coordination with 1336‑151132 braking interface board. It samples real‑time current of braking circuit, calculates actual braking energy consumption, and monitors thermal state of braking resistor and braking power device.

When frequent deceleration or heavy regenerative load leads to braking overload, excessive heating of braking resistor, it will send overload fault signal to main control board. The drive will trigger protection to suppress braking action or report braking overload alarm, preventing braking resistor over‑heat burnout.

Equipped with signal filtering and surge absorption circuits to restrain interference generated during high‑current braking operation. Matches original installation dimension and connector definition,supports direct replacement without extra modification. Solves typical faults including false braking overload alarm, no braking overload response under heavy regenerative load, braking resistor over‑heating without warning. ESD protection must be performed during disassembly and installation.

Suitable for maintenance of legacy hoist,conveyor and other equipment with frequent regenerative deceleration conditions.
