Bently Nevada 330800 Proximity Transducer

Feature & Principle

It is an integrated eddy current proximity sensor assembly from Bently Nevada PROXPAC XL series. The probe and proximitor circuit are integrated inside one housing, which cancels the need for an extension cable. It works on eddy current principle: high-frequency alternating magnetic field is emitted by the probe coil, eddy current forms on the metal target surface, and the impedance change of the coil reflects the clearance between probe and shaft. It outputs standard vibration signal directly to 3500 monitoring rack, supports external adjustment of probe clearance, suitable for difficult installation positions of turbines and compressors.
