3500/34 is a dedicated TMR triple‑modular‑redundant relay module for Bently Nevada 3500 TMR machinery protection rack. It cannot work in standard non‑TMR rack,must cooperate with TMR RIM and TMR monitor modules.
Each of the 4 output channels adopts three independent relay groups to realize 2‑out‑of‑3 hardware voting function. Even one relay path fails,the channel can still complete correct alarm output,greatly reduce false‑trip risk.
Users configure AND / OR boolean alarm logic through 3500 rack software,can combine alert,danger status from multiple monitor channels to drive relay action. Relay supports normally‑energized fail‑safe mode. It adopts epoxy‑sealed relay with built‑in arc suppressor to improve service life under industrial field environment.
It supports hot‑swap replacement. Compare with standard non‑redundant relay module 3500/32.
